Minister President Sven Schulze visits Tube Mill Control’s future headquarters
Sven Schulze, Minister President of Saxony-Anhalt, visited Tube Mill Control’s future headquarters at Technologiepark Weinberg.
From January 2027, Tube Mill Control GmbH will move into its new headquarters at Technologiepark Weinberg. While the facilities are still being completed, we were pleased to welcome Sven Schulze, Minister President of Saxony-Anhalt, for a visit.
A visit to the future headquarters
Minister President Sven Schulze and other guests toured the future workshop, production, and office facilities. Michael Kiese presented the plans for the location and the entrepreneurial story behind Tube Mill Control.
From start-up to exit—and back to start-up
In 1994, Michael Kiese founded HKS Prozesstechnik GmbH near TMC’s future location. HKS grew into an international supplier of welding process and quality monitoring systems before being acquired by ESAB in 2017. Tube Mill Control was founded at the end of 2025, opening a new entrepreneurial chapter in Halle.
New headquarters from January 2027
The new site will provide modern offices as well as dedicated workshop and production facilities for TMC’s international customers. The move is scheduled for January 2027.
We thank Minister President Sven Schulze and all our guests for their visit, their interest, and the valuable exchange.
